The Purpose

The purpose of this forum is to discuss the various aspects of the Pendragon movies.
So far, D.J. MacHale does not have any plans to create a series. However, many Pendragon fans are eager to see their books brought to life!

We will be discussing everyone's favorite topic (Actors!) as well as more technical subjects.

Artists are especially welcome here, even more so if you can post examples of your works and ideas.

Suggestions:
1. Draw them online and post links or images.
2. Draw them on paper and either scan them or take photographs and upload them to a hosting site or two.

Why it was created

The reason I saw the need to do this is because of how often topics are brought up on the Pendragon Forum relating to the movie.
Who should play whom? What should the music be?
More particular things like How many movies should there be?

I really enjoy film and creating them (though I only have about 2 completed projects of my own). This is more of a planning project. And hey, best case scenario... we show this site to D.J. after we've done a little bit, and he becomes so inspired that he throws the thing into production!

Staff Needed

To run this site, I will need the help of a few important people.

1. Moderators - answer questions and keep things neat
2. Artists - help with site graphics as well as ideas for the look of the films
3. Writers - Help to adapt the books to films.

4. If anyone has thoughts on other ways they could help, let me know.

What To Expect

1. You have the right to expect a friendly environment, and all moderators will help to maintain that atmosphere.

2. Expect people that are unfamiliar with most of the processes of filmmaking.

3. Also expect people that are more familiar with it than yourselves.


EVERYONE HERE HAS SOMETHING THEY CAN CONTRIBUTE! And so do you!
